What makes Public Transportation so unbearable? Could it be the lack of comfort and space or the wait time & unfriendliness of government workers?

Let’s be honest for a second. When was the last time you boarded a public bus or public trains like Bart or Caltrain? Can you recall this experience being pleasant?
